Claims and return policy

Primetail takes full responsibility for handling claims in a standardized return merchandise authorization process, for all parts sourced and purchased through us. Even though we don’t produce any goods ourselves, we make sure to backtrack any questions regarding quality to the original manufacturer. Our customers can be sure that claims will be monitored and tracked according to best practice.
